TERMS OF SERVICE

If any of these terms are not respected, the client will be blacklisted.By accepting these Terms Of Service, you agree to the following:

In order for the commission to be started, payment should be made upfront. No exceptions whatsoever.
Since my schedule is tight, a single piece might take me a month, or more in a few cases, to be finished. I understand that you are looking forward to your commission being finished, but I beg for understanding when it comes to deadlines. I prioritize my academic dues.
I will only work for personal requests. My commissions are not to be used for commercial purposes, e.i. shirts, posters, or anything with third party transactions.
I do not, and will not, take commissions if you are underaged.
Avoid asking for the PSD/CSP file. These are my creations, and I reserve the right to keep my own original files.
My artwork may not be used for any type of AI under any circumstances.
Commissions, and art in general, are a tough process. Even if I passionately work with them, changing or modifying significant areas requires that I delay my queue, and it will result in others receiving their pieces off due. Should you wish to change significant details of the commission in the middle of the process, an extra fee will be added. No exceptions.
The more detailed a request is, the better your piece will be. Please, consider sending as many references as you wish -in appropriate quality- for me to follow your desired work. NSFW references are allowed.
I reserve the right to take commissions. If your request makes me feel uncomfortable, it will be denied.
No refunds.
I only accept PayPal (USD) and ARS (Pesos Argentinos).

By accepting these TOS, you agree to the following:
I, the artist, have the right to post the illustrations in my art profiles, and use them in my own commission announcements if there are any modifications in my current sheets.
If you want a NSFW commission with another character, please ask the owner first. I will not take +18 commissions of third parties without their previous consent, or if they are underage children.
In order to legally declare my work, I will ask you to provide a PayPal email address, so I can send your invoice. That's the way I manage payments.
Due to recent scam issues and hacking claims within the community, I will neither provide my PayPal email address, nor accept/provide external payment links at all. Please do not insist. This is for your own safety.
The final result will be sent on a Google Drive URL or a Telegram file in order for the commission not to lose it's quality.
By accepting these Terms of Service, you agree to the artist's possession of the intellectual rights of the piece. Consider crediting me whenever you post my art. This practice will be very much appreciated.
